Experience the delights of the countryside at close quarters when you visit Aarø – a gem in the Little Belt. Spend the night at the authentic Brummers Anneks, enjoy a wine-tasting trip on the first day and round off with a beer safari, on which you can enjoy tapas in the great outdoors on day 2.
It takes just 7 minutes to sail to Aarø, and from the ferry landing it’s not far to Brummers Anneks, where you’ll be able to stay overnight in peaceful surroundings.
The island is well known for its attractive countryside, but also in particular for its many unique taste sensations. Judge for yourself when you visit the island and delve into its treasure trove of tastes and flavours.
At 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival, you’ll be welcomed to individual wine-tasting at the vineyard of Årø Vingaard, where you’ll have the chance to taste four of the island’s delicious wines.
In the middle of the island is Aarø Bryg – a local producer of beer with a narrative deeply rooted on the island. You follow the old map of the island and can enjoy Aarø Bryg and a delicious Tapas-To-Go box in the heart of the lovely countryside. The beer safari takes place on day 2.
Arrival is possible on any day with the exception of Sundays during the period 6 June until 31 August. Subject to availability.
