The apartment is on the ground floor of an old villa - complete with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Price depends on how many beds you need. We only have one rental at a time, so you will not be sharing with anyone.

A spacious apartment of approximately 100 m² for rent. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old villa. We only rent out the one apartment, but are flexible on how many rooms you have access to.

The apartment has a separate entrance, and consists of the following rooms:

• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, coffee maker and microwave.
• Cozy living room with dining table, sitting area with sofa, cabel-TV with DVD and stereo with CD.
• Bathroom with shower/tub.
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds and one spare bed.
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed

Linens and towels are included in the price.
There is free WIFI in the apartment.

In the basement there is a washing machine that can be used by agreement.
Pets may only be brought by special arrangement.

Behind the house there is access to a garden with a small patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Parking on private car park behind the property.

There is a bus stop for local buses right outside the door. Nearest bakery is about 700 meters from the property. There is approx. 1.5 km to town with supermarkets and pedestrian.

The apartment/room must be left tidy - final cleaning is included in the price .
